Please take time as soon as you can to RSVP for the banquet.
Banquet will take place in the RHS Cafeteria next week on +Thursday, November 13, at 6:00 p.m. +
Families who joined at the Bronze level have their runners’ meals paid for. Families who joined at the Silver level have their runners plus one additional meal. Gold members have runners plus two additional meals. If you don’t remember your booster club level, please contact me. joanmccarty@charter.net All meals will be prepaid.
If your runner is not attending, please email me. Otherwise I’m sure I’ll be contacting you :)
If you need to pay for additional meals, checks made out to RHS Booster Club for $15/meal should be included with the RSVP form (attached to this announcement) and given to Coach Evans (Room F128), Coach Mills (Counseling Office) or mailed to me at 700 Old Park Pl, Roswell, GA 30075.
We need to have all RSVPs and payments by Tuesday, 11/11, so that we can confirm the numbers with the caterer.
Additionally, the door prize donations for the runners have already started rolling in! If you have a donation of a gift card or small item, please give these to Coach Evans or Coach Mills. Or, if you’d like to include a donation to be used for a door prize, include the amount in your check and indicate that on the form.
