Roswell High School Cross Country

RHS XC will hold its annual banquet in the RHS Cafeteria on Tuesday December 1, at 6:00 p.m.

This is a reminder to RSVP. I’m sure you’re all thinking that December 1st is far away, but, because we’re off next week, I need to hear from everyone this week. All meals are prepaid and I can’t wait until Monday, November 30th to hear from everyone, as we have to pay the caterer.

Please be sure to give your money and RSVP form to either Coach Evans (Room 128) or Coach Mills (Counseling Office) by Friday morning.

Here’s a repeat of the details:

Price for this event is $15 per person.

Runners whose families have joined the Booster Club at the Bronze level have already paid for their runner’s meal. Families who joined at the Silver level get a runner’s meal as well as an additional meal for one family member. Families who joined at the Gold level get a runner’s meal plus two family meals.

Please, everyone, RSVP for this event by the morning of 11/20, whether or not you will be attending.

If you do not need to pay for any meals or if you are not attending, you can RSVP via email to joanmccarty05@gmail.com Please include runner’s name and additional number attending, if any.

If you need to pay for additional meals, please print and complete the form attached to this announcement and return to Coach Evans, Coach Mills or Joan McCarty (700 Old Park Pl, Roswell, GA 30075) along with the appropriate payment. Checks can be made out to RHS XC Booster Club.

All meals will be prepaid. We will not be accepting payment the night of the banquet.
