This Saturday, October 10, 2015, RHS XC runners will participate in the Furman University Gene Mullin Cross Country Invitational, to be held at Furman University, 3300 Poinsett Highway Greenville, SC.
Bus will leave RHS at 5:15 a.m. and will arrive back at RHS between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Runners should bring money for lunch. Bus will stop on the way back after the meet for lunch.

RHS XC will be running a meet on Thursday, October 1, at Mill Springs Academy, 13660 New Providence Rd, Alpharetta, GA 30004. This meet is for runners currently ranked between 21-50); names of runners is listed below
Rolling start for high school 5K races is 4:30. Race time for our open 5K races is not specified, but may start as early as 5:15 for the girls. I’ll post more information, if I can get it from the race director.

This will be the final meet for most of these runners. Runners ranked 1-20 will continue with three additional regular season meets. Any of the runners ranked 20-50 who would like to continue running with the team should discuss this with the coaches.
Events for all runners include two more pasta dinners (10/15 and 10/29) and the RHS XC Banquet (date to be announced later).

Please check the list below for runners who are participating tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 23, at the meet at Wesleyan. No one going to the Florida meet will be running this race. Only selected runners (based on time/ranking) NOT going to Florida will run this race.
RHS XC will be participating in the girls varsity and the JV boys and girls combined.
Bus will leave RHS at 3:00 p.m. and will return to RHS around 6:45 p.m. Have your runner call or text you when leaving Wesleyan so you can meet them at RHS.

There will be a meet on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, at Wesleyan School in Peachtree Corners. Runners going to this meet will be varsity runners not going to Florida and the top 20 JV runners.
Final list of runners is not available at this time; it will be posted here Monday evening; be on the lookout for this announcement.
Bus will leave RHS at 3:00 p.m. and will return to RHS around 6:45 p.m.
Runners who are going to Florida and the remaining JV runners will practice as usual at RHS on Wednesday.
