RHS XC will run the Region Meet this Saturday, November 1, 2014, at Boling Park in Canton, GA.

Bus leaves the RHS senior parking lot at 12:30 p.m. All runners who have continued their season will run this race.

Practice reminder: There will be no practice today (10/30) and practice tomorrow (Friday 10/31) will be held at 6:30 a.m. All runners are expected to be at Friday’s morning practice.

Boling Park is located at 1098 Marietta Hwy, Canton, GA 30114. This is the same place we ran Warpath.

RHS XC will hold its annual banquet in the RHS Cafeteria on Thursday, November 13, at 6:00 p.m.

Price for this event is $15 per person. Runners whose families who joined the Booster Club at the Bronze level have already paid for this. Families who joined at the Silver level get a runner’s meal as well as an additional meal for a family member. Families who joined at the Gold level get a runner’s meal plus two family meals. _If you do not remember what level you joined at please contact joanmccarty@charter.net to find out. _

Please, everyone, RSVP for this event by 11/10, whether or not you will be attending.

If you do not need to pay for any meals or if you are not attending, you can RSVP via email to joanmccarty@charter. Please include runner’s name and additional number attending if any.

If you need to pay for an additional meal, please print and complete the form attached to this announcement and return to Coach Evans, Coach Mills or Joan McCarty (700 Old Park Pl, Roswell, GA 30075) along with the appropriate paymen.

All meals will be prepaid. We will not be accepting payment the night of the banquet.

We are also collecting door prizes for the runners. If you would like to donate a small item or gift card, please give these items to Coach Evans. Or, you can an include a cash donation with your banquet meal payment.

This Saturday, October 18, 2014, is the Coach Wood Invitational held at University of North Georgia’s Gainesville campus (formerly Gainesville College), 3820 Mundy Mill Rd., Oakwood, Ga. 30566.

Our Final Pasta Dinner of the 2014-2015 Season will be this Thursday, October 16, 2014. Reminder, this is a runners- and coaches-only event.

Practice tomorrow will start at 3:00 p.m. on the RHS track. All continuing runners should be there.

There will be no practice this Friday, October 10, 2014.

Tuesday, October 14, the team will practice at the regular time. Even though there is no school for students that day, Coach expects to see the continuing runners at practice on Tuesday!
