This Thursday, 8/30, practice will be back down at the River.
Next week practice will be:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: Sweetapple 7 a.m.
Thursday: River 7 p.m. (please note this is not the morning!)
Friday: Sweetapple 7 a.m.
School starts August 10 and so do after-school practices. Practice is every day, mandatory and ends about 5:45 p.m. All runs start from RHS. If you are going to miss a practice, be sure to tell Coach Evans and make arrangements with him to make it up.
